They have a son, Lance, who is 24 years old. Terry attended Trevecca Nazarene University before starting a career in the insurance industry. He is an avid golfer and enjoys time with family and friends.<\/p>\n He has worked in the insurance industry for more than 25 years. He began his career serving as an investigator for several insurance companies, preparing investigation reports, and testifying in court. In 2000, he accepted a position as a property adjuster with Custard Insurance Adjusters, and indepedent multi-line claim adjustment firm. During his time there, he became manager over middle Tennessee and southern Kentucky. In 2008, he accepted a position with Grange Insurance. In 2010, he formed TW Claims Group, LLC, an independent adjusting firm.<\/p>\n Having worked both as a staff adjuster and an independent adjuster, Terry understands the needs of insurance companies and works diligently to effectively and efficiently meet those needs. Owning his own firm, he also understands the importance that cost management plays in successful businesses.
